Reconfiguration, Commissioning and Calibration 1st phase (Starting on April 15 at 9:30am)

 - Energy change: 4 pass --> 3 pass (2-3 hours)
     1) Change Right HRS polarity to negative
     2) Left & Right HRS at kin 5.2: theta=25deg, Po=2.995GeV/c (RQ3=2.6273GeV/c)
 - Set up for maximum current (95 uA)
 - BCM calibration (1 hour)

1st phase: Helium-4, Deuterium and Carbon running

The 4He and 2H might not be ready for beam simultaneously. Therefore, the plan is to take data on 4He, then move to carbon. During the data taking on carbon, lower the cryo-load on 4He and prepare 2H for beam (it should take 5 min). Take data on 2H. Then on optics. Then switch kinematics and do the same thing in reverse order: Optics --> 2H --> Carbon --> 4He.

Target switch: 3 days down (Starting on April 26 at 8am)

Calibration 2nd phase (Starting on April 29 at 8am)

 - Boiling study on 3He (4 hours)
 - Rate-dependence tests (4 hours)
 - BCM calibration (1 hour)

2nd phase: Helium-3 and Calcium running (Starting on April 29 at 5pm)

The time listed in red is the total time needed. It should be divided by two if the kinematics point is taken simultaneously by the the two HRSs.

Total time needed: 619 hours/2 = 309.5 hours per HRS (production) + 4.0 hours (optics)
                                  + 8.7 hours (52*10min for target motion)  + 5 hours (10*30min for kin change)
                                  = 327 hours (13.6 PAC days = 27.3 calendar days).
We have only 13.6 calendar days till May 13 8am. Need to cut !!!
