- boot VME controllers (GRINCH Hodo Shower , 2GEM crate up ~60 % controller booted - Bryan setting up as in TEDF - need setup MPD new controllers)

- new MPD production - about to start - need to ship our FPGA to Paolo
- MPD VTP readout - on-going in daq lab - being setup in Hall A - need setup VTPs to boot
- Bigbite - HCal trigger setup
