1. Run start
   • Adam needs to fix the variable LED in the pulser system and he's ready to go.
     • Adam put an halist in yesterday. Appears that Jesse wasn't able to get to it before leaving.
     • Adam is in tier 4 and has submitted forms which should give him access Tuesday 7.
   • JC will turn on the DAQ remotely and make sure it works. Will email Kent about automatic run starts.
   • Alex put an halist. Will return the QWADs to the hall next week.
2. Laser
   • Works and was locked.
3. Photon Detector
   • No comments
4. Photon Analysis
   • Adam is working on the pedestals problem.
     • Outlying pedestals on the waveforms do not have corresponding pedestals in the triggers integrated samples. i.e. Apparently not an mps problem.
     • JC suggest perhaps bug in compmon for the waveforms.
   • Amali has uncertainties for analyzing power
     • CREX almost flat at the 0.2% level with 0.1% uncertainties on points.
