Saclay Compton Run List (d2n)

Run list for the original (Saclay) counting Compton DAQ during d2n. This runlist excludes all electron-only runs (the electron detector was not working), as well as all runs less than 10 minutes long, all runs with beam < 1uA on average, and all runs with comments implying they are not good production runs.
