Analysis
For now, this page contains a list of things that we need to have readied to do the data analysis by the time we start collecting data.
On-line
To-do
- Setup an online data replay script to check the data quality. Include reference plots (golden plots) there to help shift crew (Not everyone on shift will know what to look for to make sure detectors are working). Can use GMP's script. Probably enough to at the first 10k (?) events of each run.
- The replayed data should be posted to halog and to the wiki.
Off-line
To-do
- Get disk space. Talked to Ole.
- Need to know the name of the directory and the capacity (for both work and volatile disks).
- Need to create a unix group (a-tritium) and add users. He needs the list.
- Setup setup a copy of the standard Hall A code to do coincidence analysis
- Setup GMP code for inclusive measurements
- Setup an elog to post offline analysis.
- Should we use the [hall A elog] for this or create our own?
- Do we need two separate elogs for MARATHON and x>1?
