  2. 3 RTD on Ref Cell
• Beam Window
  1. Upstream Beam Window
  2. DownStream Beam Window
• Other
  1. No tools or unnecessary items left in chamber
  2. Cooling Jet (ON/OFF, Direction Correct?)
