When to Reboot

Some or all of this procedure should be followed if something related to iocha26 stops functioning. These include:

  • the oven controls
  • the ADC GUI
  • the target controls

Signs that these are not working may include flatlined signals, disconnected signals (usually appear in white), controls that aren't responding, or red RS232 indicators (oven GUI).

BEFORE RESETTING call MCC and the run coordinator. They probably need to know that iocha26 is being reset. This would also likely be a good time to ask them to mask the target if it isn't, as it will need to be homed before it can be reliably positioned.

Reset Procedure

1. From a browser, navigate to http://hareboot37.jlab.org. This should be accessible from any hall A computer. Log in information can be found in the usual spot. 2. Towards the top of the page navigate to Control -> RPDU -> Outlet.
