Remaining GEn-RP install tasks

- SBS side LV:
- Joe to connect, instruct on controls
- Ellen to install some controller and readback
- Input the jumpers on the breakout panel (in progress today)
- Run the cables (after all HDMI connected)
- SBS GEMs:
- Install XW into stack (week of 25-Mar)
- Finish signal cabling (asap)
- Connect to HV patches (after HDMI cabling complete)
- Install scintillators until run start on inline stack
- reconnect gas to RP layers (after BB XY work?)
- techs to install final shielding blocks around the electronics hut (after we are happy with the reboot connections in the bunker)
- BB GEMs:
- Upgrade the XY HV, re-install (would like to have SBS troubleshooting going on at the same time so as not to hold this up)
- Readout:
- Balance VTP fibers amongst crates to optimize (after GEMs are installed)
- Ensure that reboot/troubleshooting script works for all crates (after electronics is working)
- High voltage:
- Finish channels in GUI (in progress)
- replace small screws on radial connectors? (optional)
- move HV to working reboot strip (when we have one)
- finalize script for GUI upload of HV and operation (in progress before 1-Apr)
- Update the documentation on the HV and LV operations (before beam)
- GEM experts on call (setup before beam)
