remote desktop sharing: readytalk, join as a PARTICIPANT with the same Aaccess code used for the conference line.

note: this is a new screen sharing system and it's from the same company providing our conference phone system.
All you need is a browser with flash. One choice is google chrome 32 bit which has flash built-in at http://www.google.com/chrome

You can upload talks on jlabl1 at the directory /u/group/halla/www/hallaweb/html/experiment/E07-006/meeting_coll/16-02-2012/

Then make a link in the agenda with the address like "http://hallaweb.jlab.org/experiment/E07-006/meeting_coll/16-02-2012/"+"yourfilename"
