HRS checkout plan after beam is estabilshed on the target with BeO target

HRS angle 15 degrees, momentum P0 = 2.0 GeV/c, Raster size = 3x3 mm, current = 5uA, target = Carbon

Take Left and Right HRS runs in the following order
