Elastic Tail
- Use Fourier Bessel Coefficients to create an input for phase shift script
- Run phase shift script to get Elastic Charge Form Factors
- Use Form Factors as an input for rosetail.f script which calculates the Radiative Elastic Tail
- Subtract Elastic tail from data
