APEX Online Analysis HOW-TO

  • log in to online analysis machine : aonl1 ( ssh -Y a-onl@aonl1)
  • type "goapex"
  • type "./myAnalysis Run#"

This will do an online replay and pull up the online gui, then the script will post to the logbook!

You may also do these steps individually by:

  • Online Analysis:
> ./onlineReplay
  • Open the online Gui:
> ./onlinePlots
