• Outstanding items that need to be ordered/built/procured
  • Status of current orders:
    • MaPMTs (Need ordering institution)
    • Mirrors (ECI film ordered)
    • Electronic summing board board (Final quote determined, 2-week lead time)
    • Gas regulation system (ordered, still needs to be assembled)
      • What extra care do we need for gas tank, plumbing from tank on the floor to tank on table should bbe straight forward.
    • Cabling before patch-panel
      • What patch cables do we need? 134 BNC patch cables? Can we use cables from the previous prototype? How about SHV? Do we need 70 SHV patch cables also?
    • Cabling after patch-panel
      • Do we have the necessary BNC and SHV? Can we find the lemo cables? (Jian-Ping seems to think we can find the lemo cables at JLab)

• Preparation of Cosmics test.
  • Space at the lab?

  • Schedule for bench testing calorimeter blocks and scintillators.
