NC A&T

• Do iron bars need nickel before mirror coating?
• Start to bid for PMT box newxt week.
• Test NINO cards with LabView based DAQ.

W&M

• Alignment,mirror mounting,pmt frames are bolted on the ground and the mirrors are ready to be tested.
• Work with machine shop to finish gas panel.

JMU (absent)

• We have wired the DAQ for four PMT at time testing. This works and we're producing reasonable-looking results - look for a detailed report @ the next meeting.
• We designed and printed a prototype for a fiber holder that will go over the tube ensuring that tubes get predictable/consistent light amounts. The prototype holds the fiber well but it is a little bit too loose on the tube. Version 2 will be more snugly fitting.
• We identified the manpower (i.e. students) that will perform the dark current measurement. we're thinking of doing this in parallel with the gain measurements. we will be building a "Baby" dark box out of a plastic toolbox as Bogdan has @ jlab. We will need another voltage divider. Is it possible to get one for JLab? Please let us know.

JLab

• Nickel plating of PMT box. Susan needs to specify plating of plates. No need to cover holes, coating is thin.
• Finish all GRINCH drawing by 07/2014.

Glasgow (absent)

• Update document with new features and give tables with list of parameters of performance.
• New NINO layout ASAP.
• Don't need to filter at cards but where power supply reaches GRINCH. Suggest not have power supply on GRINCH frame because of 60 Hz noise, may be 10 meters away with front-end electronics.
• Timeline for NINO cards?
• One more prototype (10 cards) before production?
