    • HCAL
      • working on F1 to use 31.25 MHz external clock.

Can you trigger from ECL port (fails) or LEMO port (FIFO overflow - resolution lock failure ) - need to check - check config files which had to be modified for low resolution

      • tried one FADC but not sure if it is working, will check it, might
      • start testing DVCS
      • overlapping cables 10 out of 60
      • will check trigger output from TI
    • BigBite Shower
      • started connecting trigger monitor BNC cables - 2 cables need to be fixed, ribbon cables from NIM/ECL to TDC, about 1 day
      • started connected cable from patch panel to FADC - 1 day or two to complete
      • new mapping files for FADC will be done
      • take FADC data next week
      • address fixed and firmware updated
      • Fastbus disconnected right now
    • Bigbite Hodoscope
      • could not run the DAQ since Wednesday, 2 weeks ago trigger were moved, using scintillator A instead of B
      • coincidence needed without output of TI, need to make sure this is done correctly - L1A from TI has a lot of jitter so Mark did the retiming to improve that
      • want scintillator B to still be trigger but has be moved
      • checked with Bogdan but not clear - scintillator coverage very small now. Check for preshower maybe ?
      • need two people to move scintillator back, or move scintillator A - add another scintillator ? prefers full coverage - self trigger for hodoscope might be possible - Mark will help setting up on Monday
    • LHRS
      • ET system working : data insertion working and online plots working - small difference with CODA3.1
      • Jack will install remaining detectors in LHRS next week
    • CDet
      • still taking cosmics
      • VETROC : all boards available to be picked - crate in weldment to be installed - need to ask to remove one Fastbus
      • if student can access JLab can start help setting up locally
    • RICH
      • can use Fastbus or VETROC : preference in Test Lab
    • Bigbite GRINCH
      • managed to get VETROC decoder working with CODA3, looks ok with pulser, still need to take real data with better trigger
      • VETROC in SBS-offline and working
      • need add V792 support
      • port event display to SBS offline
    • GEM
      • GEM TEDF
        • Ben has upgraded firmware
        • All INFN GEMs debugged on Thursday, everything is reading - still need to check pedestal data and after try new firmware
        • will be able to check if can reach 5 KHz ( 2.4 KHz right now )
        • isssues with INFN : using fiber 0 which had issue being read out, bug fixed - APV chip issue, can corrupt low level diagnostic for other APVs
      • new computer from Bryan - waiting for new disks and will finish set up
        • started installing VXS crate for VTP readout - sbsvtp1 and 2 in HCal - some major work to be done for readout with VTP - Ben can give driver details to Bryan later -
      • GEM UVA
        • received repaired APV and backplane - putting back together - few weeks
        • working with Ben trying to find the cause of APV baseline fluctuation
  • meeting for computer requirements
    • several ideas to upgrade computer system to handle up to 2 GB/s, 1 single machine will not work ( even using ram disk 1.7 GB/s), two data streams - plan to get 4 computer systems

2 concentrators and 2 raid arrays - still in discussion

  • Network upgrade will happen in next few days ( Greenlighted by Jessee ) - 4 x 24 10 gigE fibers
  • Paul cleared to be on site - Mid April through May
  • Online analysis for GMn and GEn RP
    • need to check PODD throughput
    • online client from ET
    • check if analyzer fast enough to handle the data
    • analyzer to handle two data streams
    • Ole will check throughput of PODD
    • hcana on modern machine limited to 5 to 10 MB/s - output data compressed - ROOT compression might slow down - need to select the compression type
    • need check data structure - most likely ok since flat arrays
    • analysis should clean data significantly - since most is background
    • pi0 background up to 90\%
    • plan farm online analysis
