      • most stuff in hall A counting house
      • need to figure out cabling on mezzanine, make sure it can move. Mark suggest Scott contact designers to see if they have ideas ( cable tray ? )
    • Bigbite shower
      • discussed cabling with Jack and Jessee, could start cabling after July 4th
      • lights installed in bunker
    • BB hodoscope
      • working on software, can compile and process tdc data
      • still need to install software in counting house
    • GRINCH
      • ADC decoding with SBS-offline
      • incorporating TDC now
      • everything in grinch computer, will be copied to counting house
    • LHRS
      • FADC installed and working
      • looking at detector data
    • GEM INFN
      • hardware change,
      • MPD getting modified for upgrade of DAQ
      • Big bunker, no entrance, on side of BigBite, platform is small ( weight limitations ) , might need fall protection
    • GEN UVA
      • finished shielding
      • testing with DAQ see same improvement
      • flushing chambers with N2

      • working on equalization
      • one PMT dead neeed to be fixed

      • scaler ring working with linux cpu
      • putting data bank with similar data structure from new helicity board
