Helmholtz Coils Settings for Different Magnet Configurations

Target operator should make sure that the holding field is set properly for each magnet configuration. The last column shows what settings need to be. The holding field GUI has pre-made settings that will take you to the correct field settings, but if you suspect an issue, you can check the field strength and angle against the table on this page.
To change the holding field settings, click on the dropdown menu under "Preset Angles" and select the magnet configuration that is currently being used. Then, click the yellow "Load" button and then the blue "Start Rotation" button. You should see a message in the middle of the screen letting you know that the field has been rotated.
Once you've done this, make sure to make a log entry saying that you rotated the holding field.
The field settings below are from 2-pass running. The rotation GUI has been updated for 3-pass and will not match these tables below.

- The desired Bx is 21.672G and Bz is 12.462G for 25G at 60.1o.
- The table below is used to account for fringe fields from the other magnets.
