GMn GEM commissioning Meetings: WEDNESDAY 10:30am - 11:30am

GEM inventory for GEn-RP and GEp:

Update on BB GEMs

  • GEM experts on-call [3]
  • New gain scan in HV using cosmics for the new top module on the XY layer results

Update on layers for GEn-RP

  • Layers 4,5,6 re-installed last week after swapping the 12-slot backplanes on G1 (layer 4) and G0 (layer 5). Layer 6 G0 has a new module.
  • Started taking cosmics on Monday. Problems in the y-vertical strips on the 12-slot backplanes of layer 5 G0 and G1 logbook
