- The first step is to create an account.
- (Note: do not use your jlab password for the wiki password).
- Once you have an account you are free to edit any page on the g2pwiki, even the Main Page.
- To create your own wikipage, type the name of the page you wish to create (for example, your username) in the search block at left.
- You will be directed to a page that says There is no page titled <username> and gives you the option to create this page.
- Click through and start editing. Check this short tutorial for editing basics.
- To avoid filling up your home directory with plots and other documents you can create a directory in /group/sane/www. Documents, figures, etc. that are placed here will show up at http://hallcweb.jlab.org/experiments/sane/ which you can then link to from your page.
