- KK suggested that Juliette should compile a list of spectrometer-related recommendations from the Director’s review and discuss them in 2 weeks. We can see that there are any immediate action items from this list.

- At SBU, the focus will be on getting designer shielding simulated to replace the hybrid toroid shielding hut and then review the rest of the shielding before we can discuss engineering of the shielding. At the same time, if/when MIT needs help with collimator engineering, we will help with CAD pictures and any other help as needed.

- at MIT, the immediate focus is on completing the drawings for the prototype bids. It will hopefully be done in the next 10 days. Jim will also formulate a plan for the JLab SOW, asking for an extension until May and making a list of the final deliverables.

- Once the coil is ordered, at SBU we will plan on getting input from MIT to prepare to receive the coil in the summer for testing.
