General

• No beam through Compton until after tritium experiments (end Spring 2018)
• At that point, might need to be ready for PREX/CREX --> Fall 2018

Laser

• Steering mirror issue still being addressed
  • Controller seems to be ok
  • Might just be encoder - Jack Segal has spare encoders - will test when time allows

Photon Detector

• Lead tungstate removed from hall - should be at CMU as of meeting
• Future work
  • Plans for further analysis of DVCS data
  • Lead tungstate bench tests

Electron detector

• Need to remove detector from hall for bench tests in EEL
• Bench tests
