Ryan, Pengjia and Toby put the intel CPU in the ROC1 in the right arm.

I changed the script so the VME CPU has CODA setup to talk to the adaq
msql database : the script is coda_user_setup.

The ROC is hallavme15 and I called it ROC8

I made a CODA config to to use the CPU it is called RightIntel including
ROC8. It still uses the readout file on the VME CPU itself we will use
the one on adaq once we have the NFS disks mounted.

I managed to start a run. So Run 20145 is with the intel CPU. But I did
not get any trigger so far. I will let the students try to take data with it.

Right now the readout list is only configured to read TDC 6 to 10.
