It seems the DAQ is getting stuck.

One error message seen in the platform is :

Error: starting RC multicast server. Warning: RC multicast s
erver is not running.

and CodaRcDownload service failed 

I tried rebooting adaql1 and adaql2 in case they ran out of socket or
something similar but we still have the problem.

Maybe the database got corrupted. 

We will try to figure that out and check with the CODA group if we can't.
