I forgot to reboot the ROCs, it seems they were in a bad state since the
could not connect to the database.

Left arm works fine. Though we found an interesting problem, the run
stops on the left arm when we do a start CODA on the right arm on adaql1
( not sure if we are supposed to run one or two rcplatform ).

Right arm starts but still has no trigger, I asked to Pengjia to check is
the NIM crate is not off, or if there is not a 1 on the inhibit pin of
the TS.
