This entry is a followup to: 374579

I looked at the 3rd arm slow raster pattern bit closely to see some
correlation between "hot spot" with individual dE and E plane counters.

Plot 1: shows the SL pattern without any cuts
Plot 2: show SL pattern with cut on TDC for each PMT on dE plane (dE 1
top, dE2-bottom)
Plot 3: show SL pattern with cut on TDC for each PMT on E plane (E1- top,
E4-bottom)
Plot 4: shows SL pattern with good cuts used for 3rd asymmetry calculation

As we go from top to bottom the SL becomes more uniform, and with all the
good cuts, it looks same as HRS (plot 4)
