NMR Polarimetry

This guide explains briefly how to perform safely an NMR AFP sweep on the polarized $^{3}$He target. Please, refer to Figure showing the target setup and explaining the angle conventions. Longitudinal or parallel field configuration is named if the holding field is pointing towards 0$^{\circ}$, i.e. along the incident electron momentum direction.
