Karl Slifer discussed the Choi/Slifer comparison for the asymmetry check:

•  Using Seonho Choi's limits, Karl's and Seonho's parallel
         and perpendicular asymmetries agree well for all energies
•  Karl compared the different limits Seonho and he applied to
         the data
•  Main cause of difference between Seonho's and Karl's
         asymmetries comes from small roundoff errors for floating
         point numbers.  Asymmetries vulnerable to small accumulated
         error

•  Two asymmetry analyses give similar results
•  Some small differences remain if different run lists and limits
         are used. (mostly below pion threshold)
•  Need to verify that statistical error correctly accounts for prescale and
         DT correction

•  Radiative corrections
•  Correcting cross sections for dilution
•  Prepare for talks at GDH2002
•  Fit Lightbody and O'Connel to experimental data

    Zein-Eddine Meziani gave a brief update of Seonho's analysis:

•  Worked on mostly checks
•  Examined RC issues at mostly the lowest Q²

    Gordon Cates gave a brief overview of the final work to submit the first PRL
 
 

    Work to be done for GDH:

•  Begin work on second PRL paper
•  Zein-Eddine started writing the abstract and first paragraph
•  Once the CDR for the 12 GeV upgrade is finished, Zein-Eddine
         will have the whole summer to write a good version
•  Nilanga discussed the outline for the third PRL on
         twist expansion and duality
•  g₁ (g₂, A₁) as function of Nach. variable on ³He
•  DIS and evolve it down to our Q²
•  Moments of g₁
•  Higher twists extraction
•  Karl Slifer may write the long paper, which will focus on final results.
•  Karl plans to graduate next spring
