Unable to do charge asymmetry feedback on the hall-A beam, because the Hall-A 
current has a large width (larger than our beam burp cut).  The plot below, 
shows the BCM vs event number... with the red portion showing those events that 
passed our quality cuts.

Appears that the hall-A laser is not locking on... contacted MCC and informed 
them about it.
