Michaels. The S2 right PMTs now define the timing for the trigger.
This was done by delaying the right PMT signals by 16 ns compared to
the left PMTs on S2.
The timing between S1, S2, Cerenkov and strobe were all checked. Some
minor adjustments were made for S1, Cerenkov and strobe (reductions
in the delays by 8-16 ns). The timing after adjustments looked good.
