    I updated the pedestal suppression code "ped_auto.f" so that ped
    suppression is turned off the the helicity and target spin signals in
    ROC 4, slot 21, channels 48-53. The suppression was turned on for ROC 3,
    slot 23, chans 48-51, which now contain channels for the A1 aerogel.

    Since the ADC in ROC 4, slot 20 was physically removed from ROC 4, I
    dropped this slot from the ROC 4 configuration in the suppression code.

    The executeables were recompiled for ROC 3 and ROC 4 with the above
    changes. Once the left HRS stack is back in the hut, I will run the LHRS
    ped configuration to test the changes.
