We took a controlled access to check on the following items:
o He3 supply
. - it's fine, the valve on the bottle was still closed)
o Reference cell status
! - downstream end is broken. Needs replacement.
. - Joe has been paged, will remove the polarized cell and assist in
installing the backup reference cell
o Heater relays, fuses
. - Scot is looking into the heater problem, checking for blown fuses, etc.
