There was some miscommunication this morning. I had understood that the
heater was turned off because there was a problem with it (in addition to
the laser issue). Turns out the heater was just (intentionally) turned
off/disabled by Yi as part of shutting down the He3 sub-systems while
they figure out the underlying problem.
