MCC called to ask if they could send tune beam into the hall and requested that we move to the empty target. However, when we went to move the target, we could not access the motion controls. Chiranjib and Yi are here, our first attempted fix was to reboot the target IOC.

After rebooting, the motion problem persists, it seems as if the file required to open the target motion controls GUI is missing or corrupted. We need help!
