The medm file for the target motion controls appears to be missing--it seems that it is hosted on a Hall B web server http://clasweb.jlab.org/medm/HALLA/ha26/HallAGenTarg.edl and is now inaccessible or missing. Mysterious. Paged Jack Segal who is on his way. Yi is now attempting to page the EPICS expert on call. We are stuck until this problem is resolved.
