    Entry number 267243

    Followups:

    keyword=EDTM time offset, R-HRS

    A measurement on the scope of the time between the frontend output
    of the EDTM (which goes to discriminators) and the backend output
    (which will go to HAND).

    The backend output is earlier by 372 nsec. (Why so big ? See below)

    The backend output should be sent to HAND. This cable is tied up
    near the scope and the loose end is gently looped around the handle
    of the scope -- can't miss it. It has a label "EDTM pulser (goes to
    HAND)".

    Why 372 nsec ? The master in slot 13 has an intrinsically large
    delay offset. So the slave in slot 1 has a delay (DELAY3) to make
    these two overlap. It's something I've been meaning to get Cuevas
    to fix but hopefully it can be compensated at HAND.
