    This entry is a followup to: 281622

    keyword=Test2 config for Compton

    To measure pulse-height distribution for Edet, use the new
    "Test2" CODA config for Compton. Still use Prod_FT for
    regular polarimetry, though.

    This puts 2nd FADC chan in the place of 1st -- a cheap, easy
    way to get this accomplished because we can use the analysis
    software without changes.

    Pulse-heights are in hsumon, hsumoff (laser on/off) histograms.
