I just check the previous automatic snapshot of hall A general tools during production. And the left arm sieve position are all set to be "6 msr 0.6188m". (for example, halog 307661). However, according to today's Resonance run plan, which was also what Ramesh told me, we put the sieve OUT which is the "OPEN 0.8705m" when go to the LD2 production. I don't know which one should we use now, and I called Ramesh to consult.
