keyword=TS0 No RateI was called in due to the fact that it was noticed that in the RC GUI
there is no rate for TS0. Larry told me yesterday that Bob had
disabled the scalers from the right arm due to a problem. As far as
I know the right arm TS0 is not providing any data.
In the component window of TS0, the config is disable=1. Hence I do
not think this is a problem. But Bob should be consulted on this
issue.
