(Note: All Counters start with '0' but not '1')
1, S1-1L, 1R are noisy, which are an old issue since I found that the
PMTs are very noisy. It has been conformed that they are not because of
light-leak.

2, S2m-13R has wide pedestal. I will check the connection once the hall
is open again. Or we should try to reduce its HV.

3, PRL1: 9,17,18,19,20,32 have only pedestals. 21 is very noisy.
   PRL2: 3 has lower statistic. 15,16,32,33 are empty (those four
channels are in the same ADC connection, so I am pretty sure that it is
disconnected. I will fix it when the hall is open)

4, Cerenkov is not in use currently so all HVs are all.

Summary: Only PRL1/2 have some empty channels, which are hard to trace
because the Map is complicate. I need people who needs better on PRL to help.
