    We slightly modified bb_ts1.crl and implemented the EN1 clear
    server, to permit proper gating of the scalers. A convenient
    reference is halog 332115   :

    The job remains to actually run the gate cable to the L-HRS
    scaler. The helicity-gated scaler will not be gated, only
    the regular normalization scaler on L-HRS.
