keyword=center beam position and slow raster sizethis is the center beam position. MCC failed to move beam much lower(we need to move at least 5mm down,that is about bpmA Y to -6mm). so we added an offset of -145500 steps (-4.9mm).
The slow raster size is 1.55cm for 0.8V .
The center beam position is:
