    This entry is a followup to: 47317

    keyword=kcoda mod'd to restart ET

    The 'kcoda' script will kill and restart ET now
    so the user doesn't have to. Since I wasn't able
    to test this, in case something goes wrong I kept
    the old version (named `kcoda_keep', its in your
    path but you might have to type 'rehash' the first
    time on an old login session, or log out/in).
