asymmetry noted in halog entry 64429 extend back in time at least as far
as parity run 017 (June 23 16:44) which is as far back as I have checked.
Thus they have been around for > 24 hours.
However, they have disappeared again this evening, around 21:00; the
last two runs (943 and 944) do not show the oscillations !
I call MCC and enquire if they are doing anything differently, and they
say no. They are running with FastFeedback on, but with the Energy
locks OFF; that has been since about 19:00, so it does not appear to
correlated with the improved beam stability that we see. Wish I knew
what they are doing differently!
