keyword=fast beam motion in vertical ??It seems the beam is moving with about 1 mm amplitude in vertical (Y),
see figure. We verified raster is off. We asked MCC, they didn't know
immediately if the beam was moving fast. They will investigate.
I checked several runs, all the same. Saw this Y spread on BPM 4A and 4B.
Saw it in 2 ADCs. But since the OTR is out (and we're not sure if its ok to
insert) we did not confirm with OTR. Meanwhile EPICS gives an average
Y position near zero, so I suppose this motion is fast (compared to EPICS).
I suppose the motion can be corrected, but it seems wise to stop it.
