keyword=OTR says Y is stableActually OTR at target is in, and it says the Y position on target is
stable (it doesn't move at 1 mm level on any time scale). MCC helped
us understand the double peak; they say it is due to a crack in the
device and -- supposedly -- does not harm the conclusion. On the
face of it, this contracts the fast BPM readout.
