Run 3322 is with Single 12C foil, to check y_targ reconstruction. Figure 1 shows
the spec_r_y_tg spectrum, which peaks at y_targ 1 mm. If there was a large
excursion from center (on order 1 cm), we would need to change the septum
current to re-center this. A similar check should be done at the start of every
kinematic setting.
