    keyword=y target reconstruction check fo single foil

    as noted in 109666, we should check the y-target position of the single carbon foil at the start of every kinematic. this is out of fear of saturation effects in the septum. i have added some info the the paw physics kumac. somewhere in the middle of the paw physics replay, you'll be asked to "Enter the y-target limit in meters." the default (0.02) should be sufficient. in the execution window of paw, it will tell you the center of the foil in two different ways:

    (1) finding the maximum of the peak
    (2) fitting to a gaussian about the peak

    they should match within errors and be less than 10 cm.

    fig 2 is the graph window which shows the y-tg spectrum and fit.
