Followups:
keyword=septum was stuckRamping up septum (it is SLOW), we got stuck at 409 amps for 12 min,
see the ramping black line in fig 1. To try to free it up we reduced
to 406 amps, it dropped immediately then started climbing again, this
cost 20 minutes. Its been reported that the computer which controls
this is fried. I'm wondering if it would be more efficient to take
access and turn a knob on a power supply ?
