    keyword=septum stuck 409, go for P = 3.104

    The septum appears to be stuck at 409 amps again (17 min).
    So we adjust the momentum setting to 3.104 to match
    the septum, as Jian-Ping suggested. To be on the safe
    side, I also set the septum controls to 411 which is the
    ratio above 409 required to achieve 409. This assures that
    if the software ever "woke up" it won't go higher.

    BTW, here is how to compute the momentum given the current:
    P = (sqrt[14472.09 + 14.756 * I_sep ] - 120.3 ) / 7.378
    I_sep = 409 yields P = 3.104 GeV/c
