While ramping up the dipoles to recover from cryogen problems
Krishna thought "this is a great opportunity to study backgrounds"
(the planned scan of dipole field), but unfortunately it seems
the magnetic fields are not recorded in the data stream.  They are
only recorded at start-run and end-run.  So we will need to 
repeat this dipole scan with the helium target, unless there is
some way to pull the data out of EPICS logging and cross calibrate
the timestamp (probably not easy).  Too bad, I should have checked
fastEpicsLogger script before we did this dipole recovery.

We might do a dipole scan on Tuesday owl.  TBD.
